While others might argue that the impostor phenomenon can be of benefit as it might drive people to be ‘better’, I have different ideas. I see no benefit. The cost of being ‘better’ (whatever that its) can be frustration, stress, anxiety, depression or worse. People, you can be ‘better’ without the accompanying costs. Read more here.
